Works wonders for digestion
Works wonders for me and kicks in really quickly . This combined with their probiotics are the only thing that helps with detox and debloating especially after food intolerances that I like to occasionally indulge in such as wheat, dairy and gluten . It really works !!Â

Great supplement to avoid bloating
My gut health is always better when I take flatter me consistently. Less of a cleanse but more a fix. Hum quality is top tier and this is my favourite product. It really keeps you regular and less bloated.
